Each year, the CEO Academy gathers the chief executives of our Lutheran social ministry organizations from around the country for candid discussions, tangible ideas, take-aways, camaraderie and ongoing reliable support – all wrapped in a trusted environment of faith and mission.

Safety Harbor
This year, we are hosting the CEO Academy at the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa in Safety Harbor, Florida, outside of Tampa. Known as "the jewel of Tampa Bay," Safety Harbor enjoys an average high temperature in February of 73 degrees and is located about 15 miles from Tampa International Airport.

The Safety Harbor Resort & Spa is one of America's oldest spa resorts, known for its healing waters, and situated on 22 acres of Tampa Bay coastline. The resort is a member of Historic Hotels of America and provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, but close to many amenities including dining, outdoor activities and shopping.
