LSA Disability Network Speak Up! Consumer Advocacy Training
Grow the capacity of your staff and self-advocates to speak for themselves and others about the importance of services and supports in the community funded through Medicaid.  Build a network for providers and consumer advocates to speak with one voice at the federal and state levels.   And strengthen your organization's advocacy and training capacity by providing materials, sample curriculum and possibly trainers to help with state efforts.  Test strategies for leadership and advocacy development and share models that work. Includes a networking reception.
