GOVERNANCE
The Council for Human Resource Management (CHRM) is a membership organization whose purpose is to provide human resource leadership and support to enhance and promote the growth and development of its membership and the Lutheran corporate social ministry systems. The Council invites members to be part of its professional HR network for the advancement of HR function and expertise, to share best practices and learn from each other, and to strengthen each individual's ability to lead and influence their organization and member organizations.
