Executive Profiles, the CEO Salary Survey
LSA developed Executive Profiles to collect and aggregate information about the CEOs and senior leaders of member organizations. This tool was designed to assist LSA in better understanding the experience, interests and expertise of the leaders of organizations in order to identify, connect and convene different leaders to opportunities, work and planning groups and each other. Executive Profiles was used in 2006, 2007 and 2009 to collect compensation information from the CEOs of the member organizations. This information was used to prepare comparative reports of CEO salaries and other compensation benefits by organization budget size. For information: Lisa Schiller.
Reach and Capacity Survey
LSA wants to add further dimensions to the descriptions of its reach and capacity through out the United States and Caribbean. The brief Reach and Capacity survey is designed to collect information about the number of people touched by Lutheran health & human services – clients/consumers, employees, volunteers.
