The guidebook, Planning Chief Executive Compensation, is intended for use by social ministry organization boards of directors as they determine the compensation package for the CEO. The booklet covers IRS issues and documentation requirements as well as a range of possibilities to be considered in the compensation planning process.
LSA also offers consultations to boards to enable them to operate effectively and faithfully.
