The Executive Search Process

The LSA booklet, The Executive Search Process, is based on research into the theory and practice of executive search processes and provides examples, checklists and decision-making aids. It is designed as a guide to the steps of an executive search. It will help a social ministry organization – and especially its Board of Directors – to successfully carry out the search process so that it can bring on a new leader who is an appropriate match for the organization’s mission, challenges and opportunities.

LSA also offers consultations to boards to enable them to operate effectively and faithfully.
