Lutheran Services in America Joins the 2017 LEO Case Management Conference
Lutheran Services in America and three members were invited to attend the LEO Case Management Conference at the University of Notre Dame.
The Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame and Catholic Charities Fort Worth held a conference on wrap-around case management, titled “Evaluating Case Management for Vulnerable Populations.” The conference brought together service providers running effective case-management programs and researchers interested in innovative case management and program evaluation. Attendees explored wrap-around case management in regards to foster care, refugees, two-generation, employer based, veterans, school based, and government assistance programs.
The current state of knowledge of case management and the work of social service providers was amplified with the goal of highlighting possible policy responses.
This collaboration is part of a broader relationship that Lutheran Services in America has with the LEO Institute, where we work with the institute and our members to identify opportunities for building reliable evidence about program impact.
