The Rev. Tiffany Chaney serves as Vice President of Mission and Spiritual Care for Advocate Health Care’s Illinois and Wisconsin Divisions, where she leads chaplaincy, clinical pastoral education, clinical ethics, and faith–health partnerships. She is also Pastor Developer for Gathered by Grace, an ELCA mission community.
A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Tiffany brings more than 27 years of leadership experience in health care across community and academic health systems, consulting, and physician practices, along with service in nonprofit governance and board leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Master of Divinity from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. Her leadership has led to invitations to preach, teach, and write on faith, equity, strategy, communications, and organizational change.
