HOTEL INFORMATION

Room Rates and Reservations
Standard room single or double occupancy: $209 per night (plus a $10 resort fee)
Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
NOTE: You must reserve your room through the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel directly at (800) 566-2524 and letting them know you are part of the Lutheran Services in America Summit group. You cannot use third-party sites (e.g., Expedia, Trip Advisor, etc.) to book your rooms.
When booking, you will receive the discounted room rate three days before and three days after the conference should you wish to extend your stay. Most Summit attendees will check in Sunday, February 7, and check out Wednesday, February 10. There will be an optional evening reception on Sunday evening, and the Summit will conclude midday on Wednesday.
Special room rates will be guaranteed until January 15, 2027, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.
If you want to reserve your hotel room before or after the event dates (February 7–10) or extend your reservation to attend the Lutheran Services in America Disability Network Winter Meeting (February 10–12), dial (800) 566-2524.
Cancellations
To cancel or change your reservation, you must contact the hotel directly at (800) 566-2524. All cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance of your arrival date (by 4 p.m.) or one night’s stay will be forfeited. If you have any questions, please email Ashley Washington.

Directions to the Kona Kai
From San Diego International Airport:
- Exit the airport and follow signs for North Harbor Drive.
Stay on North Harbor Drive for approximately 2.5 miles.
Turn left onto Shelter Island Drive and continue for about 1.5 miles.
The Kona Kai Resort will be at the end of Shelter Island on your right.
