Morra Aarons-Mele

Morra Aarons-Mele is an entrepreneur, workplace mental health consultant, and host of The Anxious Achiever podcast for LinkedIn Presents, a Webby Honoree and Signal Award winner. She is the author of “The Anxious Achiever,” winner of the 2024 Axiom Bronze Medal for Best Leadership Book, and the bestseller “Hiding in the Bathroom.” Aarons-Mele founded the award-winning agency Women Online, has helped three U.S. presidential candidates, and has advised global mission-driven organizations. She received the 2023 Mental Health America Media Award and was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Leadership Award.

Antonio M. Oftelie, D.L.P.

Dr. Antonio Oftelie is Executive Director of Leadership for a Networked World and an Innovation Fellow at Harvard University’s Technology and Entrepreneurship Center. He advises senior government and business leaders, including three governors and the White House, on organizational transformation, innovation strategy, and public-private partnerships. Oftelie has developed widely used frameworks for value creation and leads Harvard executive programs and the Public Sector Innovation Award. Formerly in private consulting and Minnesota state government, he has advanced initiatives in education, workforce development, and economic growth.

Ron Hetrick

Ron Hetrick is Vice President of Staffing Strategy and Senior Labor Economist at Lightcast. A leading U.S. labor market expert, Ron began his career at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, providing analysis for Federal Reserve Chair Alan Greenspan and other top institutions. He later became Chief Advising Economist and Director of Market Analytics for the largest U.S. staffing company. Today, Ron presents economic insights to major organizations and is frequently quoted by NBC, CNN, Bloomberg, and other outlets.

Anne Tumlinson

Anne Tumlinson is the founder and CEO of ATI Advisory and advises the nation’s top leaders in healthcare. Tumlinson spent her early career working for the office of Congressman John Lewis and the Office of Management and Budget. She joined Avalere Health in 2000, leading the firm’s provider practice and developing business intelligence solutions to support value-based care. Tumlinson serves on the boards of Bluestone Physician Services, At Home Harmony, and Mary’s Center. She also founded Daughterhood, a nonprofit national community that connects family caregivers with peer support and resources. She is a member of the National Academy of Social Insurance and was named an Influencer in Aging by Next Avenue.

Diane Yentel

Diane Yentel is President & CEO of the National Council of Nonprofits and is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader with nearly 30 years of experience advancing housing and social justice. She served nine years as President and CEO of the National Low Income Housing Coalition, leading national campaigns to historic success and driving the organization’s growth and stability. Previously, she held senior roles at Enterprise Community Partners and HUD, and worked with Oxfam America and the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. A former Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia, Yentel is a frequent congressional witness and sought-after national speaker.

Pastor Mark Huber

Mark is the founding pastor of Sanctuary Church, a growing community of faith on the South Shore of Boston. He is currently leading Sanctuary’s expansion to a second location in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and when not on the clock can be found hiking, biking, or generally enjoying the beauty of the South Shore with his family. This is Mark’s ninth year joining the CEO Summit as our Theologian in Residence.
