Ross Eichelberger, Vice President, Business Development, Portico Benefit Services

As the head of Business Development, Ross collaborates with leaders across the organization to assess new market opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospects, and pursue strategic partnerships that drive membership, cross-sales, and revenue growth for Portico. A ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Portico helps those who serve to live well – financially, emotionally, and physically.

With a longstanding connection to the ELCA, Ross brings to his role a strong commitment for serving those who serve, as well as a diverse background spanning many management disciplines. Since joining Portico in 2010, Ross also has led the Technology, Service Delivery, and Benefits Administration units, transforming these functions to meet evolving member and organizational needs before moving into Business Development.

Prior to joining Portico, Ross held a number of technology and operational leadership roles with Supervalu, Inc. In addition to his bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Ross has an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Ross and his wife, Cori, along with their daughter, reside in Victoria, MN. They are active members of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie. Over the years, Ross has served as President of the St. Andrew Church Council and on a number of the church’s committees. He is currently Secretary of the Minneapolis Area Synod Council.

Rev. Stan Reiff, CPA, CGMA, Partner and Professional Practice Lead – Consulting, Capin Crouse

Stan’s professional experience includes over 35 years in ministry operations, public accounting, government accounting, and international missions. He has a unique ability to balance strategic thinking with a deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of many types of organizations.

Stan provides strategic leadership of the firm’s professional advisory and consulting services, including research on emerging issues in the faith-based nonprofit sector and the development and implementation of products and services in response to those needs.
