Regan McManus

Regan McManus serves as Director of Aging Initiatives at Lutheran Services in America. Regan most recently served as the director of INCOG Area Agency on Aging in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of administering federal, state, and philanthropic funding, direct services, and planning for older Oklahomans. She was the president of the Oklahoma Association of Area Agencies on Aging, a member of USAging’s national Board, and was an effective aging advocate at local, state, and national levels. Prior to working in public service, Regan was a recreation therapist for a large non-profit health system’s physical rehabilitation unit where she assisted patients with adapting their leisure interests and regaining access to the community after a life changing medical event.

Regan has a Master of Science in health care administration from Oklahoma State University and a B.S. in leisure studies – recreation therapy, also from Oklahoma State University.
