WASHINGTON — Lutheran Services in America, one of the largest national networks of health and human service providers in the United States, welcomes four new members to its board of directors: the Rev. Tiffany Chaney, vice president of mission and spiritual care at Advocate Health Care, Stephanie Chedid, the president and CEO of Luther Manor, Eileen Fitzgerald, the founder and principal of ThruSight LLC, and Adam Marles, the president and CEO of EverTrue.

“Tiffany, Stephanie, Eileen and Adam each bring an exceptional suite of leadership across disciplines of significance to this network,” said David Trost, chair of the Lutheran Services in America board of directors. “I look forward to working alongside them to continue Lutheran Services in America’s work to innovate, expand our impact, and to realize our mission to cultivate caring communities that advance health and opportunity for all.”

Tiffany Chaney, Vice President of Mission and Spiritual Care, Advocate Health Care

The Rev. Tiffany Chaney brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in healthcare across community and academic health systems, consulting, and physician practices, along with service in nonprofit governance. In her role as vice president of mission and spiritual care for Advocate Health Care’s Illinois and Wisconsin divisions, Chaney leads chaplaincy, clinical pastoral education, clinical ethics, and faith–health partnerships.

“Time and again, Lutheran Services in America demonstrates what the intersection of faith and health solutions looks like, with a constant eye on strengthening service in community,” said Chaney. “I look forward to contributing my experience in ministry and in healthcare to help ensure the consequential work of this network continues to meet people where they are and respond to the evolving needs of our communities.”

Stephanie Chedid, President and CEO, Luther Manor

Stephanie Chedid, the head of continuing care retirement community Luther Manor, is a CEO known for leading business transformations, strengthening governance, and driving sustainable growth at complex, regulated organizations. In addition to her new role on the Lutheran Services in America board, she serves on the boards of MyPath Companies, MHS Health Wisconsin, and the UWM Foundation where she contributes her expertise in audit, risk, advancement and strategic planning to help the organizations exceed quality, retention, and financial targets.

“I am honored to join the Lutheran Services in America board and contribute to a network that champions innovation, collaboration, and enduring results,” said Chedid. “I have long admired how this network brings leaders together to strengthen communities and I look forward to supporting our shared work.”

Eileen Fitzgerald, Founder & Principal, ThruSight LLC

Eileen Fitzgerald is the founder and principal of ThruSight LLC, a strategic consulting and advisory services firm. She brings more than 30 years of experience as a strategist and a seasoned leader with deep expertise in housing affordability, community development, philanthropy and nonprofit management. Fitzgerald is an innovator and a change agent with a strong track record of success in supporting organizations and senior executives.

“Lutheran Services in America has long been at the forefront of marrying the concepts of community, partnership, and systemic change, three areas that have defined my career,” said Fitzgerald. “I am inspired by this network’s commitment to advancing health, housing, and opportunity through collective and coordinated action. I am excited to play a part in lifting up so many people and communities.”

Adam Marles, President and CEO, EverTrue

Adam Marles has served as president & CEO of EverTrue since 2021, where he has led significant organizational growth, including adding multiple life plan and affordable housing communities, expanding home health offerings, opening a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) site, and increasing revenue by more than $150 million. In his role, he has championed EverTrue’s StillYou approach for supporting people living with dementia.
