President Biden signed the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023, legislation that suspends the debt limit until January 1, 2025. The bill includes several key elements of interest to our network. Notably, the deal does not include a provision that had been discussed to increase administrative barriers to Medicaid participation via increased work requirements and reporting.
