The American Public Health Association hosted a webinar session with four public health experts, including our president and CEO, Charlotte Haberaecker, who discussed their visions for the future of our field, bringing unique perspectives from local, national, global and cross-sectoral levels.
Charlotte previously served as a member of a bipartisan task force that shaped the recommendations of a Bipartisan Policy Center report for modernizing the public health system. Building on that experience, Charlotte emphasized the importance of addressing social determinants of health and partnering with community-based nonprofit organizations.
