The Rural Aging Action Network will gather its Program Leads from participating member organizations including Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, Immanuel Lutheran Communities, St. John’s United and Missouri Slope to discuss current progress and the future direction of the collaborative.
During this session, Program Leads will understand the importance of data collection in evaluating the impact of their programs according to older adults, caregivers and community partners. Program Leads will also begin to plan their creative community development initiatives scheduled for the fall.
