Keynote Speakers

Morra Aarons-Mele

Morra Aarons-Mele is an entrepreneur, workplace mental health consultant, and host of The Anxious Achiever podcast for LinkedIn Presents, a Webby Honoree and Signal Award winner. She is the author of “The Anxious Achiever,” winner of the 2024 Axiom Bronze Medal for Best Leadership Book, and the bestseller “Hiding in the Bathroom.” Aarons-Mele founded the award-winning agency Women Online, has helped three U.S. presidential candidates, and has advised global mission-driven organizations. She received the 2023 Mental Health America Media Award and was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Leadership Award.

Antonio M. Oftelie, D.L.P.

Dr. Antonio Oftelie is Executive Director of Leadership for a Networked World and an Innovation Fellow at Harvard University’s Technology and Entrepreneurship Center. He advises senior government and business leaders, including three governors and the White House, on organizational transformation, innovation strategy, and public-private partnerships. Oftelie has developed widely used frameworks for value creation and leads Harvard executive programs and the Public Sector Innovation Award. Formerly in private consulting and Minnesota state government, he has advanced initiatives in education, workforce development, and economic growth.

Diane Yentel

Diane Yentel is President & CEO of the National Council of Nonprofits and is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader with nearly 30 years of experience advancing housing and social justice. She served nine years as President and CEO of the National Low Income Housing Coalition, leading national campaigns to historic success and driving the organization’s growth and stability. Previously, she held senior roles at Enterprise Community Partners and HUD, and worked with Oxfam America and the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. A former Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia, Yentel is a frequent congressional witness and sought-after national speaker.

Erika Brice

Erika Brice has spent the majority of her career in commercial real estate finance with an emphasis on public/private partnerships and capital structures. In 2021 she joined the Kresge Foundation Social Investment Practice. As a Social Investment Officer, Erika partners with Kresge’s national programs to source, structure, and close program-related investments (PRIs) and guarantees to advance Kresge’s strategic objectives. In addition to investments Erika also works to advocate for and implement policies and structural changes that advance equity in American communities.

Andy Edeburn

Andy Edeburn is an accomplished healthcare advisor and thought leader with more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, specializing in post-acute, and senior care services. Over his career, he has advised more than 240 organizations in 43 states across a diverse range of issues. Andy guides organizations through their strategic thinking and planning efforts,  community-based care models, and new program and facility development efforts.

Erik Gjesfjeld, Ph.D.

Erik Gjesfjeld is a Program Officer at the John Templeton Foundation, supporting projects that explore the social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of humanity. His work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural evolution, and open science practices. Previously, he held research and teaching positions at the University of Cambridge and UCLA. Erik earned his PhD in Anthropology from the University of Washington, with prior degrees from University College London and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Robb Gray

Robb A. Gray is the director of policy-advocacy at the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, where he leads efforts to advance systemic change through policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement. With a career spanning philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, and government, he has held leadership roles at Arnold Ventures, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and the Oklahoma State Senate, among others. Gray has serves on multiple boards, including the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of Florida and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Andrea Levere

Andrea Levere is the CEO of Capitalize Good, a Social Enterprise Fellow at the Yale School of Management, and a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Andrea began her career in development finance at the National Development Council (now Grow America) before joining Prosperity Now, a national intermediary focused on wealth inequality, where she served as President for 14 years. In this role, she led the growth of the asset-building field, focusing on both policy development and financial sustainability while launching national movements for matched savings for adults and children.

Lisa McCracken

Lisa McCracken is Head of Research and Analytics at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care. Under her leadership, NIC’s research and analytics team develops actionable, data-driven insights on industry challenges and opportunities and showcases practical examples of how organizations nationwide are embracing opportunities to meet the demands of a changing marketplace. Additionally, Lisa oversees a robust research agenda with nationally recognized partners to help the next generation of senior housing and care leaders address evolving and dramatically different consumer preferences and needs. 

Amy Neumann

Amy Neumann is a social impact entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, and technology strategist passionate about using tech for social good. She holds a Master’s in Law, Justice, and Culture from Ohio University, focusing on global human rights and technology. Founder of Resourceful Nonprofit and Technology Inclusion, Amy helps nonprofits leverage AI and blockchain to achieve goals efficiently while promoting diversity and equity. A longtime advocate for STEM and STEAM inclusion, she inspires World Changers to use technology for faster, more inclusive mission work.

Hemi Tewarson, J.D.

Hemi Tewarson is the executive director of the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), a nonpartisan organization dedicated to improving health and well-being across states. She leads efforts to engage state leaders and advance innovative health policies. Previously, Hemi was a senior fellow at the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy and directed the Health Division at the National Governors Association. She also served as senior attorney at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Hemi holds a JD and MPH from George Washington University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anne Tumlinson

Anne Tumlinson is the founder and CEO of ATI Advisory and advises the nation’s top leaders in healthcare. Tumlinson spent her early career working for the office of Congressman John Lewis and the Office of Management and Budget. She joined Avalere Health in 2000, leading the firm’s provider practice and developing business intelligence solutions to support value-based care. Tumlinson serves on the boards of Bluestone Physician Services, At Home Harmony, and Mary’s Center. She also founded Daughterhood, a nonprofit national community that connects family caregivers with peer support and resources. She is a member of the National Academy of Social Insurance and was named an Influencer in Aging by Next Avenue.

Pastor Mark Huber

Mark is the founding pastor of Sanctuary Church, a growing community of faith on the South Shore of Boston. He is currently leading Sanctuary’s expansion to a second location in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and when not on the clock can be found hiking, biking, or generally enjoying the beauty of the South Shore with his family. This is Mark’s ninth year joining the CEO Summit as our Theologian in Residence.
