During this session, Mission Leaders will discuss how they share the value proposition of having chaplains on their teams with their organizations including with clinical staff and executive leadership. Many organizations value that they offer spiritual care resources and have a faith-based heritage—but do they know how to communicate this unique value? As organizations face staff turnover and employ more people with spiritually diverse backgrounds, it is important to educate team members on how they can partner together with chaplains.
